so where did blueloop come from?
blueloop was founded in the late summer of 2003 by chris rechtsteiner after a spectacular mountain bike ride in the Kettle Morraine State Forest. the fatigue & euphoria immediately following this particular ride was special - special enough to get me to take the plunge and start a company on the way home.
you do crazy things when your brain can't get enough oxygen, like name your company after a mountain bike trail.
it's an epic trail, so it has turned out to be a very good decision.
